Recommend bio-tech! My septic was backing up into shower (over a foot) Sunday night and flooding around the toilet in multiple bathrooms. Called first thing Monday morning (after calling other places who couldn’t help). Porcha the secretary was amazing and gave suggestions until the owner Don could come by the afternoon. Don was such a nice guy! He got us up and running temporarily until we could get our tank pumped. Not only did he save us quickly but Porcha moved things around to get our tanked pumped the next day!! Absolute quality and quick service! I can’t speak highly enough about this team!! Don’t second guess using this company!!!!

Just had my Aerobic system upgraded with new blower, placed inside its own "doghouse". Rewired from garage to tank for both blower and pump, new floats, new modern timer, new diffusers with new arobic plumbing and a pump out. Jim M. Their tech was out the whole project and did fantastic job for us. I can't thank him and his team enough for the knowledge and training he gave me as a homeowner to manage this system on my own in the future. Price was reasonable and well worth the piece of mind gained from this experience. Great Job Bio-Tech of Oakhurst!!

Beware of this company. They did not properly pump my septic system which resulted in our whole house backing up in just over a year. They have poor customer service. I left a bad review on Facebook and rather than resolve the situation, the owner decided to insult me and my intelligence as well as blast details about my household publicly. He is a vicious, angry man. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

We had a big problem with our septic system. We called several different people in the area and either got no response or they acted as is it was no interest to them. We did get one company to come out, take a quick look and was told they would come back to look further into our issue, but never returned. We had Robert Edwards Plumbing out for a water heater problem (great company by the way) he recommended Bio Tech. They had Don come out and evaluate our system. He used language and terminology we could understand. He then gave us an estimate on the spot, then I explained to him that a rotted out tree fell on to the leach line causing the problem. He told me that insurance may cover the cost of repair. When it was time for the repairs to be done Bio Tech and Doreen took control of the situation and handled the insurance company, permits without having to called them, remind them, bug them, they were really on the ball. The two techs. they sent out were quick, polite, hard working and knowledgeable. I would absolutist recommend Bio Tech.

We are in escrow on our house and during a routine septic inspection (not done by Bio-Tech) we were told our leech lines appeared to be failing and needed to be replaced. We called Bio-Tech to inquire on a bid for new leach lines and the owner Don called us back and we had a long conversation via phone with Don explaining that “failing leach lines” could mean a variety of different things and replacing the entire system may not be necessary. He requested to come see our property to do some more investigating. Once coming to our home, he spent over an hour talking with my husband and I while investigating. He quickly found a leaky toilet that appears to have been leaking for YEARS and this may be the culprit of our overly saturated “failing” leach fields. The toilet is now fixed and we have been instructed to give the leach fields time to dry out and he will come back out soon to follow up. This kind of service you DO NOT find in todays world. Don could’ve easily told us we needed new leach lines right off the bat and took our money and ran- but instead, his honesty may end up saving us thousands of dollars in the end. This company and owner are TOP NOTCH. THANK YOU DON!
