I highly recommend Bison for your home's solar power! I was referred to Bison from a neighbor and was told they were honest and competitive. I shopped around and found them to have the best pricing when you compare power kwh provided. I also felt comfortable that they are also a roofing company so they have the expertise needed to prevent any roofing issues.The service team and installers are all very professional and responsive. Mike in sales and Matthew in service are always friendly and knowledgeable.
I am happy with the decision to go solar and believe the system will provide 80%+ of my homes total energy or over $500 a month of power. Great long term ROI while making a positive impact on power usage.

This review is going to be unique in the sense that my project isn't completed as yet but I felt the need to comment on what has been done. My project is a total roof replacement with Solar take down and replace. The roof replacement has completed and I am so impressed with the job I am making this review on the roof replacement. It's not often you come across a company that prides themselves on a superior level of workmanship and craft. This Company from the salesperson to the scheduler kept me informed at every stage of the process. They were available to answer by text by email and phone call. I am looking forward to the same level of commitment to quality workmanship and expertise from the Solar team. Why BISON you ask? that's easy; because you worked hard for your money and you need a new roof you want a Solar system but you want it done right!!! That's why you call BISON because good Customer Service with updates and courteous staff should be the norm. Don't be foolish call BISON first.

My wife and I would highly recommend Bison roofing and Solar. I am a general contractor in the industry, and I have worked with many roofers over 21 years. We chose Bison because they could package the roofing and the solar, and to our surprise, they exceeded every single expectation we had. Their communication was amazing, they were prompt dependable and on time. They addressed all of our concerns. They not only changed the rotten facia as part of their contract, but they also primed and sealed it and they’re carpenters Did an amazing job.
Most importantly, they were extremely clean. I was there for them all day during the tear off and anything that fell off the protective tarps (which was laid all the way around our house ) was immediately picked up. They covered the pool as any roofer would, but when one piece of a tile fill on the plastic cover, they immediately temporarily removed it, so it would not sink in the pool and put out new plastic, which is above and beyond. When we went out for two hours and returned home on the evening of the tear off, they had cleaned up everything around the house, and did not leave anything including all the tarps all the way around the property. The next day they came and reinstalled the tarps and all the protective plastic around the house before they commenced. The metal roof came out flawless. If I could give them six stars out of five I would.

My name is Wayne Adams. I found out about Bison Roofing through an older gentleman named Allan Cohen in 2022. He was a salesman for home improvement programs. My roof was damaged from a storm and through Mr. Cohen I contacted Bison Roofing, who then sent Michael Ricci out and he made a fair proposal to me, for which I accepted. From the beginning to the end, Bison Roofing was very professional and neat when they came and did my roof. The workers picked up all the nails and other debris and was very respectful of my yard. The whole team at Bison Roofing should be commended for their professionalism installing my new roof. Michael Ricci and Hugo kept me updated throughout the roofing job on everything. Provided a detail quote that showed rate card for installation change orders
Proactively had lead roofing supervisor (Irving) review my special roofing situation and provided a clear plan.

As part of the proposal they uniquely provided a 10 step project plan, 4 references and and a site visit to inflight project

2. Project preparation and management and permitting
The team consisted of Hugo, Daniel, and Katherine. They provided clear steps on each phase and worked really hard to help deliver a satisfied client . They ensured that my order requirements had not changed and where change was a required helped with the change order process! The permitting process was easy

3. Installation
a. Demolition Tear off: was seamless completed in one day

b. Preparation and Dry in: plywood replacement, soffit repair and stucco fixes and water barrier were done very quickly within a day . The stucco partner they used (Wilmer) did a fantastic job.

c. Tiles were delivered (from Westlake) within 2 months of contract signing and once delivered they were at my house within 3 days to complete the installation. David led the team and did great job. Special mention to Brandi who stopped by on Sunday to make sure everything was ok

d. Post install - caulking and painting. Eddie was meticulous And making sure he completed any caulking and painting that was required

4. Accounting
Bruno provided the perfect balance of notifying me next financial steps and paying was easy with their application

Bison Roofing and Solar took care of our roof entirely

We installed solar onto our roof two years ago and did not replace our shingle roof then, with our aged roof, we began to shop around and noticed that not many roofers will even touch our roof because it has solar panels. Choosing Bison roofing and solar allowed us to get a new roof and hire a subcontractor that does remove and reinstall our solar panels at cost. The choice was clear and the Bison roofing team guided us along the path of a successful roof replacement project. We now have a brand new roof with a secondary water barrier!
