Big store, obviously. They have literally most things you'll need; from toothbrush (first thing in the morning) to bedding (last things of the day)
I'm not sure what those robots are supposed to do, and I'm intrigued.
The in club express scan and pay is my go-to. You have a limit of 20 items max, but it's so worth it.
I dont need to que and check out or use a credit card. It's so convenient, just like an online purchase payment.
It also allows you to clip all coupons.

Sadly, this is not an isolated incident and we all need to be aware as to the incompetence of the generation that we have raised. We stopped by to top of the tank knowing we would face long lines for gas at home after a major hurricane that went through our area a few days ago. I had prepaid the cashier for 20 dollars and pumped only 17.01. I went back to get my change and handed the young man a penny and he handed me back 2.99.

I explained to him that I gave him the penny and that I would appreciate the dollar bill instead of loose change. He said he couldn’t do that and he only knew how to give me the exact amount that the register stated. I calmly explained that by adding my penny he would have a full dollar and not only did he appear confused he stated that “my math didn’t make sense!!!!

What is going on here people? Has BJ’s totally hired non educated people or have we raised a generation of incompetent people who have no idea or clue what to do in life if the register or computer doesn’t tell them to?

This is my first time my card expired they never have any convenient when it expired, the first week in the next week. I get paid about my car, but
this lady she think she’s the owner
for the DJ store but she’s only employer people work over there but she supposed to sell water and two bottles milk. I’m OK I am happy to never buy anymore to the BJ store for the rest of my life I can go to COSCO SAMCLUB IM COUSTOMER 1997 Virginia Maryland Florida today eclipse day abril 8/2024 when one door Close three door is open. Thank you God for helping me always and I’m really really sorry BJ store because you don’t have a good employee.

Im very dissatisfied. The reason behind this is because there were no samples. We were very much looking forward to free food/snacks. Even Bj's is going broke. Disappointing.

Peter is a rude individual that needs to improve his people skills and communication with customers.
Screaming at somebody trying to get gas is asinine.
Had to get a manager involved just to pump gas just because you guys cannot handle your tank capacities

Very clean facility and very friendly staff. Plenty of selection, including alcohols and electronics, and plenty of volume. TIP: Make use of their coupons and always look at price per unit when comparing prices! My own comparisons showed that BJs was cheaper per unit than most grocers, including Amazon, except for packaged nuts... Another TIP: Their gas prices, while great, are not always the cheapest in town.

Definitely will be closing this membership should had stuck to goin to Sam’s club they have better choices and prices are better. Went to customer service to get a card and Melissa G has a smart mouth she slapped my id and membership card on the counter as if i was inconveniencing her day There was one lady working customer service with about eight people behind me and she sat at the counter and was holding a full conversation with the customers with the whole lot of people. I definitely won’t be coming back. This is my first and last time ever shopping here.

Had a very unique experience yesterday at the Deli in clermont, the employee cut me honey ham from the end filled with fat , when I told him I didn’t want that to please cut me another pound he said no I must take it , it’s BJs policy . I believe this is called extortion? This place has really gone down the drain .
