Was in about a week ago and had my windshield replaced. Anthony was super friendly and did a great job, even extended my brow tint down an extra inch for me. I was in and out first thing in the morning in less than an hour and they had quoted me an hour to an hour and a half so that was a great surprise. Would definitely go here again if I ever need another windshield.

Took my 2020 F-150 to them to have it tinted. I was told it would take about 2 hours. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly staff who got my truck in to the shop quickly. Their waiting room is comfortable and inviting. I got comfortable only to be told my truck was complete, after only 45 minutes! I've only had the tint on for about 1 week, but it looks fantastic and a real game changer in keeping the heat out. Highly recommend these guys!

Exceptional service! Fast and efficient, the receptionist was friendly and
greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. The technicians were friendly and answered any questions and even offered to save our stickers that were on our broken windshield. I highly recommend black diamond auto glass 10 out 10 service

Best place in the mountain for windshield replacement.
They were able to schedule me in in two days. Their front office staff was friendly and knowledgeable of what the problem was I was having and went out of her way to get the problem addressed.
The tech that looked at my windshield knew exactly what happened and was able to get it taken care of in two days.
Apparently stress fractures are common on 4x4s. I didn't know.
Really, the customer service here was outstanding. It's because of their customer service that I will be returning to this location.

I brought them my 96 Chevy Step Side that I am rebuilding in memory of Brother. They did an OUTSTANDING job on the tint. She's beautiful and I now have a Veloster I need to take in and have done. Will always return to these guys. No hesitation

made an appointment, paid for glass, appointment time came. manager lisa came out and explained that they called, which i never received, but glass was not available for my vehicle. told me they would try another couple sources and call or text me... never did. I called them and they made the excuse they could not get to it today, it will be figured out tomorrow. waited another day, no call, no text. I had to call them AGAIN and could not get ahold of the manager, "she will call you back" 2 times in one day... never calls. if you want a place with empty promises, this is the place for you!!!

Went to Show Low location on Tuesday morning to make appointment for Wednesday. Staff was courteous and helpful. They told me they would send the tech to my location between 9am and 12pm. I called at 12:30 to ask where tech was. They told me they'd call back. After almost 20 minutes, they called back to tell me the tech thought i was too far away to get to me. Person on phone said they MIGHT be able to get to me by the end of the day. Needless to say, I declined and made an appointment with another glass company. Now, while my glass is being replaced by a competent, reputable company, I'll try to make sure that others don't have a horrible experience by using Black Diamond.
