I highly recommend Matt Martin and his company, BlueCities Environmental & Health Services. I endured my first skunk situation as my dog was sprayed and came into the house with it. The smell permeated every piece of fabric and was unbearable. A friend recommended Matt so I called and he directly worked with me to get my house smelling great again. I was honestly hesitate that the smell could be wiped away, but he did his magic and when I came back into the house after 24 hours, it was a miracle!

He came the same day and was very easy to work with. If you have a skunk situation, he's your guy!

My experience with Matt Martin and his company, BluCities Environmental & Health Services deserves my five-star review. I recently bought a home in the Nashville area. It has a walk out basement. Upon moving in, I noticed a “musty” odor. I was very concerned about the air quality. So I reached out to Matt @ BluCities. A local home owner has referred me to this company. BluCities performed an quality test to rule out any unhealthy mold. The test revealed samples from three areas around my home. Fortunately they all came back in a healthy range. I was then introduced to the Air Pure Air purifier that BluCities sells. It is amazing. My home has never smelled so fresh. My home is 2800 sq ft. The air purifier covers 3000 sq ft. It is amazing. I seriously recommend purchasing this unit. Every home needs this system. Plug it in and never worry again.

We had moved into a new home that (after two weeks) had a terrible smell in the basement and some funky smells on the second floor. I called Matt, who returned my call very quickly, and he came out to see the situation. He was very clear about what his product would and would not do, was very upfront and honest. This is someone who operates a company with integrity and does what they say they will do. In the end, while the product temporarily took care of the odor, we had to completely replace the duct work and HVAC system in our basement due to damage by the previous owner's pet, but we were very satisfied with Matt and with his product and methods. We had a fresh start in our new old home, and it was great to do business with a hard-working, honest person! A good welcome to Nashville.

From the moment I contacted BluCities, I had a better-than-expected experience. Matt Martin, the founder and CEO, answered my call the FIRST time I called. Not only that, but he spent a great deal of time talking me through their fumigation process and setting expectations. He then went above and beyond to drive all the way to Georgia (from Nashville) to personally treat our new lake home's cigarette smoke odor and mold residue. As he promised it would, the treatment was a success, and within 48 hours, there was no trace of the stench that had existed. Plus, their results are guaranteed! Can't thank Matt enough for a tough job well done. (I never give 5 stars, as I think there's always room for improvement; however, I highly recommend BluCities!)

Matt at BluCities was a life saver! Our dog ran off one night and got sprayed by a skunk. When he came home in the middle of the night, we didn’t notice it initially and let him back in the house. The next morning the entire house stank. Every piece of clothing we had stank. Vinegar wasn’t going to cut it.

I found BluCities on Google, called, and left a voicemail. Matt called me back in about an hour, and reworked his other jobs so he could start on our house the following morning. 24 hours later, and the home smells fantastic. No skunk odor, no odor at all actually (dogs/kids). If you have any kind of odor issue, give these folks a call!

I highly recommend Blu Cities to remove odors. A skunk sprayed multiple times in the crawl space of my house. Even after leaving the windows open for a week the smell was so bad you could not go in the house. Blu Cities came out for a very reasonable price and treated the house and the crawl space. The smell is completely gone from the house and even all the contents. The smell was embedded in the furniture and clothing in the closets and now everything is completely fresh. Incredible! This company is very honest and reputable. I would HIGHLY recommend."
