James has saved us again. We have a Semi truck and it was slamming down on my fifth plate. He diagnosed it and quickly got our truck back up and ready for loads. This has saved us thousands in trying to figure it out and saved us from our backs hurting. I’ll continue to take our truck to him.

The work they did was great. Car is up and running just fine. My reason for only 4 stars is communication! I am big on communication. The first day they called and said they had not found the problem yet but were going to check a couple of things. I was fine with that. Great! Keep checking until you find something. But every phone call after that, I had to make to find out what's going on. When I am told they will call about noon to give me an update but leave me hanging all day is unexceptable. I had to call them yet again. All I ask is communication. I understand they get busy and may not have a chance to call at that moment but to ignore me all together was very frustrating.

Leaving California moving to SC my truck broke down at Pride gas station. 4 hours on phone with AAA and some Rescue Repair, who recharged 380 dollars. Finally gave up when I got card for James. Called at 330 am on Sat. He showed pulled me out of pumps and arranged tow to his shop. His staff starred right away got me up and running by 2pm. Unfortunately there was underlying issue. Oh Ipr went out. Driving to Tucson pop and truck died. Got back to shop James came in on Sunday and though the engine blew he helped get on the road. He gave me HOPE IN HUMANITY. GOD BLESS HIM HIS FAMILY AND CREW.

Drove 3 hrs towing a trailer before realizing we had a busted fuel line on I-10 coming from Northern California to our new ranch in Douglas. Made it to Quartzite filled up and next thing you know we pulled in a rest stop and we had smoke pouring from under the hood. A trucker pointed us to a Loves, who then suggested we grab a hotel room and call Blue Collar in the morning. What an amazing shop they are! They squeezed us in and were kind enough to let us bring our 3 big, fluffy, dogs into the AC where we spent the day while they worked on the truck! I can not say enough kind things about them. It’s a family run business, and they did top notch work at an affordable price. I highly recommend them if you have a diesel that needs work. Gotta love and support family businesses!
