Sandy and Anna. Welcomed us with so much warmth and treated us like we were regulars. Sandy’s passion for infusing ingredients from different cultures added a depth of flavor to her delicious Pho. The hints of lemons grass, and basil activated our taste buds. Sandy’s infused Carnitas were amazing in the Pho and scrumptious as a side order. Wow ? We tried the Dragon Pork Noodle Bowl, the Beef Pho Special, the Dragon Tea, Tiger Tea and an off-menu Asian pear kimchi - everything was off-the-charts on flavor, presentation, and freshness.

Don’t be deterred by the small pop-up window format - in addition to the talented and friendly staff, the small-scale kitchen is one of the reasons why the food was so incredible. Small batch, made to order. We were also lucky to meet the owner, Sandy - it was a pleasure to hear her story and learn about the inspiration behind her dishes. We can’t wait to go back!

Ordered a dish with peanut sauce ( I think it was the Dragon pork noodle bowl). The flavor was good and the presentation was pretty. Staff was friendly. They ran out of glass noodles so sub vermicelli noodle. Would have preferred the bokchoy blanched. Since it was served raw, the bokchoy was a little too big compared to the other sliced veggies and didn't really go together for the mouth feel. The peanut sauce was either too thick or not warm enough cause it was kind of hard to mix everything together in the bowl. I will try a pho next time.

Stopped by on a cold rainy HMB day and got a hot bowl of chicken pho… it was amazing! Broth was a perfect sweet and spicy balance, meat was tender, and veggies fresh… to top it off, Sandy couldn’t have been nicer, such a gem of a person! Highly recommended.

5 star service, 5 star food, 5 star environment. Friendliest local spot for Pho that bursts with flavours. Connected to a quaint courtyard adjoining a local art shop. If I could rate it 6 stars I would.

The sandwich is good but not out of the curve. I think it's too small for the price of $15. It's literally half a sandwich size. Wow

The food was phenomenal! Portions are large and we weren’t sure we’d be able to eat it all but… next thing we knew, our bowls were empty! The chicken pho had generous chunks of tender chicken and the jalapeños added a perfect amount of heat. There’s a courtyard with tables near by and they’ll bring your order to you. Also had the dragon tea which was fruity and lightly sweet. Loved everything about our experience. We’ll be back when we’re in town again.
