If you are going to build a pool, I strongly recommend Blue Haven as your builder. Throughout the process, Blue Haven personnel were responsive to our requests and needs. They exceeded the proposed time frame and delivered a beautiful pool. Special shout out to Mark Glaze, our salesperson, and Ryan Strong, project manager. They each did their best to ensure we were satisfied every step of the way.

Blue Haven Pools did a great job. Jason D was our PM and he kept us informed. He was friendly and professional. He would answer my questions and let us know the next steps in the process. The workers did a great job! They were very hardworking individuals. Keep in mind that not everything falls within the projected timeframe and we had some delays from time to time. Overall, we very pleased with the pool and the process.

Our experience with Blue Haven Pools and spas was excellent. Working with Sean Carter who helped us design our pool layout was great our pool fits our backyard wonderfully. Morgan Moore helped us with our color design, we had a last minute change and everything went smoothly. During the construction phase, our Superintendent Jason McAtee explained everything very well and kept us informed throughout the entire process.

Dear Blue Haven,

I want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for Jason McAtee doing an outstanding job managing our new pool construction. From the beginning to the very end, you stayed on top of every aspect of the project, from the digging to the framing, pavers, plaster, and more.

As a retired wounded Warrior veteran, I have waited nearly 50 years to finally fulfill the dream of having a pool. Over the years, frequent moves and concerns about unreliable contractors kept us from taking the leap. However, partnering with Jason & Blue Haven Pools turned that dream into reality, and we are incredibly thankful we did.

This pool means so much to us—not only for my rehabilitation but also as a place to enjoy with our children and friends. Jason’s attention to detail, professionalism, and care throughout this process have been remarkable, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

We love our pool. The build experience was excellent. As the build progressed, Jason kept us informed as to what was happening and the next steps. Jason was responsive and answered all of our question. Pool school was great. If I ever build another pool it will be with Blue Haven.

We wanted to share our experience with Blue Haven Pools. Very professional and customer focused, starting with Morgan who was a great help in picking the pavers, coping and pool tiles. The day of pool layout and dig, Ed explained the entire process and made sure we were happy with the pool design. We can’t thank Jaxson enough for always providing and setting expectations during the pool building from start to finish. He was very responsive to any questions or concerns. We had 1 issue arise when Jaxson put me in touch the Thomas (General Manager), who addressed and resolved promptly and fairly. Also, thank you to Bucky for teaching us the “how too’s” of pool care and the use of the mechanical equipment.
