If you're reading this and were thinking of starting a trash service, pretty sure you'd have alot of customers from day one.
Twice in a row they half-emptied our trash can (apparently the driver doesn't know about "the shake") and when my husband stopped to calmly and politely talk to the driver about it, the driver gave him an earful.
Yesterday I watched the truck fly right by our house, ignore the big blue bin that was fully in the street and pull into the commercial building next door. The driver never came back for our bin.
Left a message at the office as they never answer their phone and no return call yet. Have seen others post they've never gotten a call back. Funny they talk about their great customer service on their website.

Did not tell me about the late fee, never received the bill in the mail, do not have an auto debit. If I could go anywhere else for even double the money, I would.

Took several weeks to even get a porta pot. It arrived dirty with fecal matter and old toilet paper all over the inside walls. Obviously had been tipped over at some point and not cleaned properly. They DO NOT anchor the pot down so it doesnt tip over. Customer has to do that so be prepared. When they come out to pump it they only put a couple gallons of water in the pot leading to a dry piling environment and flies. I end up having to add water for the chemicals to work properly and to avoid dry piles. They dont stock/provide toilet paper either. Only one person using this pot.... Overall I'm not impressed for $100 month but unfortunately they are the only service in this area.
