Thought we might have an issue with mold after our A/C unit drain line failed. Blue Line came in, took samples, offered opinions and made us feel assured that we were in good hands. No mold, just replacing some sheetrock and repairing the unit. Chuck Egan can solve your mold problems for you.

Chuck Egan owner and inspector is a retired law enforcement officer who I trust and recommend to my clients. Chuck Egan also takes the time to answer all questions in full detail and provide recommendations based on his professional opinion. Chuck Egan arranged and completed the testing of our prospective purchase, both air quality testing and radon testing. He was available to answer all questions we had about results and did so in a clear and understandable fashion. He completed all testing in a timely manner and quickly responded with the results when they were available. Obviously no one wants to deal with mold and all the headaches that it brings but I highly recommend Blue Line Environmental Services!!!

I had a very in-depth conversation with Chuck before he came out and did both an assessment and testing in my home. He explained everything in detail and was very compassionate and calming.

He was so thorough not only in his report but with me and explaining all the next steps. He sent me referrals for remediation companies and I felt like when we were done he had given me a blueprint of what I needed to do to rectify the problem.

I do not wish this situation on anyone however if you find yourself dealing with mold I would 100% recommend Blue Line Environmental Services for your testing and assessment!
