We had a whole house water softener installed with blue planet, and have had excellent feeling water ever since. They also maintain and service the system at a fair price too, which is great because I don't want to carry those heavy bags around. They are a family owned and run business and have really come through and bent over backwards for us. A+ experience. Side note, we had other contractors who were cheaper but didn't come through on their promises and tried to upsell us. We ultimately went with Blue Planet because they were honest and only use the highest quality equipment from the get go.

I have used Blue Planet-Power and Water for years and they are great! Shane, Brian and Maria are very professional, knowledgable and trustworthy. Their work standards are exceptional and if a problem occurs at any time, they are quick to resolve the issue without a doubt. I manage many high end estates and have had multiple wells and associated equipment installed, water softening and RO systems install and every time I know I can count on them to keep my customers' needs as a high priority. You can't go wrong with Blue Planet... I highly recommend them!

I got a quote of $30,000 to install a system another company found I already had. I later learned they have been the defendant in lawsuits and the other installer said to avoid them. I contacted the manufacturer of the products that they were trying to install and asked them if they had ever heard of a dollar figure that high for a system they were thinking of and they laughed. Just a word of caution.
