I have been trying to speak with a manager at the timeshare company I own with Bluegreen Vactions but the corporate office will not get back with me. This adds to all the other issues that I have faced with this company and it is something that is important to both me and my wife to get handled and taken care of. We never have enough points to book any vacations and we always have to use $$$ to purchase more points if we even want To go on a vacation spot. They take and take from us but never seem like they give any care about us being retired and on a fixed income...its is very disappointing.

Great place we come almost every year and just relax. We park the car and just enjoy the amenities and restaurants around with in walking distance. They have everything here for the whole family to do and keep them entertained. Rooms are great and spacious, they have water slide, zip line, cabanas, jet skiing, floats on the water for the kids, tons of pools, and so much more.

Had a blast ! Great gateway weekend. Just relax and enjoy your time off. Bring the family or friends and enjoy the greatness of Florida. Absolutely one of the best beaches in Florida.

We will definitely return to see what the resort offers after all the construction that is currently happening. Big plus was the free cabana that I reserved. We didn't bring the kids which we will next time. Another Big negative was the rooms were all doubles. This was a anniversary trip... well... another time. I know our room for sure could use an look at updating the drawers. Otherwise, like I said we will give them a second look with the kids.

When we checked in, we were told we could not have more coffee. Every question we asked is a no. When we got to our building, all 3 elevators were out. We were on the 7th floor. I need a heart transplant, and Bluregreen did not offer any help getting me or my luggage up to my room. It's a struggle for me to climb 7 floors of stairs, but carrying luggage is impossible. They could have allowed us to use the construction elevator but were not concerned about the guests. Bluegreen has no concept of customer service. The public restrooms are disgustingly filthy. The women's restroom at the pool could not be used, and the men's was a little better but has a terrible stinch. I have to leave the pool and come back to my room to use the restroom. I got in the shower and got burned because I put it more towards C, but C IS HOT WATER, AND H IS COLD WATER. It's very dangerous! The blow dryer in the room doesn't work. The reason I'm on this trip is because my husband unexpectedly passed away recently. My sister wanted to get me away for relaxing. This trip is not relaxing. Bluegreen in St Pete knows nothing about customer service. I could go on and on. I'm so sick and tired of hearing no about everything I asked. The zipline is supposed to be opened, and you asked if it's going to open. It's either I don't think so or no. The only thing they have to do here is going to cost you extra. This is the worst Bluegreen Resort ever!!!

If I could give ZERO stats, I would.

Well, hello you timeshare management company? I want to let you know the terrible, horrible experience we are having today and this week.

Picture this-two childhood best friends in their 40s. We have really packed lives with children and jobs and step kids and grand kids and volunteering and giving and everything else that we deal with in life-we try to get together every year for an escape.

Last year, she and her husband went to one of your resorts said it was absolutely the best thing experience. Would I be interested in taking a trip this year to one of the resorts in Florida? I say “Let’s go. Let’s do it. We haven’t done this in forever. We never get a break. We both work hard. We both have four kids. We both have husbands. We both have parents that are aging. Let’s do this. Whoohoo.”

After our 18 hour drive, we arrived and found someone else in our condo. Locked out from the inside. We sit. 2 hours later, sitting on luggage in the hallway. We were told no rooms were available for us. Then, we were assigned to a room, 6627. We go in. And the deadbolt falls off. We moved furniture in front of the door bc there was no lock. I slept with pepper spray. I actually didn’t sleep until I got to the beach the next day. Which, there were no cabanas available so according to Tyler in the cabana shack, so we sit in the sand.

This is just unbelievable. I want to shout to all the potential clients “lemme tell you what is really happening!”

We did get some drink/dinner vouchers from Shelby but this is actually the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. I’m sad for my friend. She was proud to show off this timeshare, she was trying to sell me one. Guess what? That ain’t happening but you can email me. You can call me. You can try to make it right we ain’t buying a timeshare but you can still try to fix this because this is ridiculous.

The elevators are definitely a problem. Hot as fire and they don't have enough of them. Watch out for those ladies signing you up for vacation packages, and they are aggressive. Don't do it .Sharon at the breakfast buffet was very pleasant and hard working and the cleaning people wonderful. Shirley at transportation desk RUDE ....
