I don’t post a lot of gripes. I deal with those enough, like most folks, so I figure they don’t want to hear mine. But when somebody does a good job, I like to pat them on the back. I bought (a fairly high dollar) lawn mower a while back. It’s been in the shop of the dealer 4 times…3 times with less than 25 hours on it. They “couldn’t find a problem.” Then I took it to Bluejay Power Equipment in Weaver. They not only found the problem, but, since they’re a Kohler certified dealer, fixed the problem, refunded my deposit….100%…and shared part of their testimony about how they started their bussiness.
Now I’ve gotta tell ya….you just can’t beat that! They’ve fixed my chainsaw a couple of times, and the way they treated me was why I wanted a second opinion from them. I’m so glad I took my mower there because it’s like brand new now! I’ll plan to send them some business, and will plan to go back there myself next time I need them!
