DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They forced my father to use their preferred roofing contractor and not the one he wanted to use and he has had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND LEAKS. The 800 number posted on the breaker box for emergencies has never called us back. The app never worked and no savings on his power. What's worse is the financing company they use started off at a payment my father could afford but after 18 months it jumped up to 26%!! Yes, he signed the contract but he's 74 and on a fixed income. They took advantage of him and will not return calls or emails to follow up on the necessary roof repairs. The roof was installed in July 22 and now he needs a completely NEW ROOF just 2 YEARS later!! The roofing company came out twice to fix leaks, 2 employees fell through the ceiling and they fixed it poorly and opened a wall in the bathroom that had mold in it because one of the roofers knocked the vent and it cracked causing a $2,900 plumbing bill! . Neither company is returning our emails or calls. We filed a complaint today with the Attorney General's Office and the Department of Business and Professional Regulations because the materials listed on the contract were not used. Modified Bitumen was supposed to be installed but Roll Roofing was used. In fact, shingles should have never been put on the roof because it is too flat! Only a metal roof would prevent this home from leaking. PROTECT YOUR LOVE ONES AND WALLET AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Look at my photos and you'll see the nightmare this company and their "partners" created. Look at my review record. I have never left a 1 star review out of hundreds of reviews but this company and the roofing company both get one. I will update this review after I hear back from the state or either company.

Frankie was at At my home today, he was a delight. He was very respectful and kind and explained everything thoroughly. Although we were in a rush we were getting home from the hospital. My uncle is in. He was very understanding and empathetic. He left his digital business card and assured me It was ok and Not to worry that we could speak another time He didn’t make me feel obligated to stay there and talk like most people would and for that I will most likely be Calling in the near future for an appointment! Told the door to door guy that I wasn't interested about 5 times, then after about 5 minutes of gibberish about power lines (b.s.) I had to tell him to leave my property. Take a hint!

I completely regret using Bluenergy (Cape Coral area). Great sales team, intentionally very vague and misleading on the Federal Tax credit for solar, friendly and helpful until we signed. Sold the "Local Solar Service" as a huge value add. Bogus projected electricity cost numbers btw.

Same system from Tesla (aside from inverter differences) was almost $13K less... but I was sold on the local service and quick problem solving. But nothing could be further from the truth with Bluenergy. Almost no communication whatsoever during the install process. Online tracker was not updated. I had received emails saying things like "Permit Approved, we will reach out to schedule and install"... 3 months later with no communication they just show up to install. Made multiple calls to rep and only once received a call back simply telling me to shut off the system that their installers left turned on... which is a huge problem for the power company.

Weeks after install, the permit magically appeared with no communication on timelines despite my multiple attempts to communicate. Again, we were told by automated email the permit was approved more than 2 months prior. It also became clear that something was installed wrong as the numbers in the app where wildly incorrect. So I called and got the national parent company who then said they would notify Bluenergy. No response. A month or two later I try again with the same number and somehow get Bluenergy. They said they could see the problem immediately and would send someone out. 2, maybe 3, weeks later someone shows up with no notice in the middle of the day to fix the issue.

If I wanted this insane lack of service I would have gone with a significantly cheaper solar company. Huge mistake, avoid them.
