Bluestone was very easy to work with for our basement asbestos tile abatement project. From estimate to arranging date and permits to the day-of project crew, they were clear and thorough in their communication and did good, quick work on the day itself. When I had concerns following the project, they were responsive and sent a worker the same day to make sure the whole area was clean and safe.

We had asbestos tile and glue removed from our basement floor. Bluestone Environmental, Inc gave us an honest quote and explained the process fully. The team that came out to complete the job was on time and professional. They passed the air test the first time without having to go back and clean again. They were also incredibly efficient and finished well before we thought they would. We were just so happy with the process from start to finish.

First off, I'd like to thank Wyatt J. and Andrew H. that work out on the field. I called Bluestone very last minute and were able to come out within a few days to look over the work I needed to have done.

Not only did they sympathize with what was going on and the condition of the space that needed work, they assured me right away that Bluestone would be able to assist me right away if I moved forward with them. I was transparent with them in the beginning and let them know I had multiple companies coming out to try and get multiple opinions and costs from more than one source and they completely understood where I was coming from. It didn't phase them in the slightest. They didn't try to over complicate things, or oversell anything to me. They came in , looked at what I requested help with and gave me exactly the information I needed to hear up front.

Kelly I. and Jenny S. in office, have been nothing but helpful on their end from the start, and responsive from the get-go as well. As someone who often (most times) doesn't like to email, call, email then call back and forth they kept it super simple and sweet. Especially since I can be on the go constantly while I am at work even. They were both able to work around my own work schedule (and my wife's) to keep things convenient for us while we were in and out of the property.

I can't thank the entire Team there enough for their assist on this one. Would I recommend Bluestone to anyone who runs into issues and needs help? Absolutely I would, and use them again in the event I ever needed to.
