The answering service was very helpful and friendly. The young lady who called from Woodall to schedule our visit was patient, courteous and understood our HVAC issue. She scheduled us for same day service and accommodated our availability. The technician did a great job diagnosing and repairing the issue in a timely manner. He was very friendly, polite and professional. His technical skills were as sound as his people skills.

Glad to have an HVAC service like the Bob Woodall team. The service techs came out for routine maintenance and noticed a capacitor that needed to be changed out. In a matter of moments Shawn had a new 70/5 capacitor installed. It’s good to have a maintenance plan because it saved us some money and headache from having a faulty AC system.

Justin and his crew did a great job! They quickly replaced the evaporator coil in our unit and kept me informed of their progress at regular intervals. Justin and Heath came out again to replace our broken drain pan and to work on the trap. They were efficient, friendly, and helpful, explaining all of their work to me. Pam and Austin in the office were so helpful and friendly while coordinating these visits. This is customer service at its best!

I didn't expect to get my system repaired within about 1 hour after calling Bob Woodall on a Sunday morning, but that's what happened. I called at 7:46, got a text from Bill at 7:51 that he would be here in 30-40 minutes. He arrived at 8:30, fixed it and was on his way at 9:05. I couldn't be more pleased with Bill and Bob Woodall! And the cost was less than I expected. Great job Bill!!
