My session with Keenan exceeded my expectations! I was surprised by how many different things going on in my body became not only addressed but helped. The combination of his genuine care, intelligence and talent made this first session with him very impactful. I felt renewed spiritually, physically and energetically. I felt blissful and lighter the rest of the day and in to the next. I was impressed by how many different modalities he was able to seamlessly weave in to one session. He has strong intuitive guidance and his presence felt safe, respectful, trustworthy- which is really important when dealing with the intimacies and intricacies of our body’s systems. Keenan is an AMAZING bodyworker. As a massage therapist myself, I have very high standards. With Keenan, I've felt safe, heard, and tended to with my specific requests for deep tissue work and craniosacral. He does a standing assessment of the body prior to getting on the table that informs the flow of the session. He's held gentle, kind space while I've processed strong emotions that release from the massage/craniosacral work. Abdominal and visceral manipulation work is done over the sheet and he clearly requests consent and communicates the intent as he works. Fantastic overall massage; phenomenal focus work on stuck areas of the body. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Keenan's work!!!
