Pharmacy went 2 years ago. No manned tills. Limited parking. No help at the fragrance cupboards and they had run out of testing strips. Not much to recommend.

The staff were so friendly and helpful today when I called in. Lady on the till pointed out that something I bought was 2 for 3 and went and got the extra item for me. That is what I call an excellent service. Thank you for your kindness.

Very poorly stocked, especially the makeup! Virtually no testers, any testers are vile to use. Makeup not organised or placed where it needs to be. Kept accidentally picking wrong shades or even brands ..

I ordered something online . Never had notification that it had arrived to store so called. They managed to locate my parcel I had to provide photo id and know what was inside. No problem.
That is until they scan it and it's their fault as it hadn't been scanned in correctly. Although upsetting and frustrating I am aware that these things happen and they were just making sure that it was me getting what I paid for. So all in all good but could if been avoided. .
