Truck had derate problems, locked at 55mph. We called them and asked them if they can do an SCR test to unlock the truck. They said yes. Charged us $300+ and locked our truck to 5mph. They caused more damage and after we confronted them, they said "we don't care".....This is grounds for a lawsuit. We are under a time sensitive load, which may result in a claim up to $100k. If that happens, this shop must pay the claim as they damaged our truck...DO NOT GO THERE...they will damage your truck and won't care !!!! We already got in touch with a lawyer.

After a bad evening I had Dakota work on my truck he is very good and changed my oppenion of the boss shop I hope that I never go to a shop again but if I do I hope I deal with him at someone like him.

Really bad experience
My driver got there that ac wasn’t working and
Guy name Chris so (called mech) fill up the Freon without checking the clutch is working or not made a 500 bill and ac was still off and then he threatened my driver that he will take the rim off if you can’t pay the bill but I was on phone and asked him that do you have any kind proof it was showing a Freon was low and he threaten me also that he will take the rim off

Horrible service they booked me knowing they had 6 people in front of me the the rude lady had major attitude poor customer service told me If I didn't want wait I could leave that my flat tire wasn't more important that the other's in front of me were paying more so my 140 wasn't important for them hope this review can reach the manager o owner training needs to be conducted to your employees

I got my truck fixed and they left the trailer spare tire unsecured and left the chain hanging in the floor. I got pulled in the scale later, which caused it all.
