Above & beyond! I sent in an email request for consultation for radon mitigation on my home in Stafford, Va.

An hour later, I received an email from Karin, the operations manager, apologizing that they did not service the Stafford area.

Unsolicited, Karin went on to provide several recommendations for companies that service my area.

This type of support is indicative of a company who cares that people receive the services they need regardless if it means that they go to another provider.

Used Boulder Edge for a radon mitigation system install. The office staff was very professional and thorough presenting the process and fees involved. They scheduled pretty quickly and installed within 2 days. Our radon retest 6 days later read below 1 so it's doing the trick! The system looks good on the outside of the house, blends right in next to the downspout. Installers were polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them!

I utilized this service as part of a home inspection to sell my dad’s condo. I was told that the drywall would be cut an inch and I would need to hire someone to fix it. When I went to check the work for myself, it was well more than an inch and very sloppy! Then excuses were made and I was told I was reacting this way because of the loss of my father. It is not an appropriate statement to make when someone is in the midst of grief. Additionally, their fees were about $300-400 more than others; however, I had no choice due to my time frame but to use them, which won’t happen again.

When we contacted several Radon contractors in the area, Boulder Edge was the most responsive to fit our timeline and reasonable in the pricing. On the scheduled date, Mike came over on time and got the work done on scheduled time. When he drilled through the concrete slab, he discovered a second layer of slab underneath, which created more complexity. He drilled through it too without asking for additional charge. The design of the system was very well thought and he asked for my approval of the piping layout. After the completion, I inspected the work and it was an excellent piece of work with perfection. A week later, Mike returned to do a test to validate the results, which had showed significant reduction and below the threshold. I learned this is a veteran-owned business and I would highly recommend it!

Nick called ahead of time, coming to our home, finished the inspection, replaced the bad fan, in 10 minutes. He was professional, and polite. Can't say enough about their service.
