Can you please put a lid on your water tanks I was stuck behind this dude for miles splashing water all over me every time he hit a bump. This video is a great example of how much water you’re losing. From Aubrey to Pilot Point, TX 8/21/24 around 7:20 AM.

Had an emergency situation on a Rick's Plumbing job in the afternoon on a friday. These guys showed up in full force, pumped down tank and had us back in service by 5pm. They had to do alot of other services that would require way too much detail to explain but they were punctual, professional and very good at what they do. Great people skills, stuck to their price quoted over the phone. We will recommend them to everyone.

Had a wonderful experience with everyone I came in contact with. Office staff were extremely pleasant to deal with over the phone. John was accomadating when I called up asking if he had someone available to come look at my system and show me what I'm dealing with as a new home owner. As well as the technician he sent out last minute at the end of the day to pump my tank down. Id like to say hopefully there won't be a need for extensive repairs in the near future, but will definitely be keeping his info on the fridge for my yearly sercice, and should anything arise.

I would like to share a GREAT experience with this Company!
My water company had to dig up my front yard, which was graveled. Needless to say, when they were thru, it needed to be re-done.
My water company contracted Bowman Environmental to do the work. Jon, the G.M. was very nice, and took the time to explain what he wanted to do, and actually asked me if that was a good solution for me. This guy actually took liner and stone samples, so he could match everything up..... Who does this He stayed in contact with me, letting me know when he found the materials, and when he was going to come out with his team and do the job.

They showed up today, and I must say, they did a GREAT job!
In this day and age, it is refreshing to find a company that CLEARLY cares about its customers, and STRIVES to do an excellent job.

Fair pricing, honest employees.

They could have charged me $2k more, but they took the time to make sure it was the more expensive problem. When it wasn't, they gave me guidance on how to inexpensively fix the issue on my own.
