I have been working with Brandi for almost a year. I had been working with another RD the year prior, with no progress in weight loss and managing my various health conditions. Since working with Brandi, I have made significant progress towards my goals. She approaches diet and lifestyle changes in an achievable, approachable, and sustainable way. She has met me wherever I’m at in my life and adjusted my goals accordingly. I look forward to our sessions every week, knowing I’m going to learn something new and be able to apply the strategies immediately. Her down-to-earth and authentic personality makes our conversations during my sessions extremely enjoyable. Brandi is a competent, non-judgmental, and compassionate. RD. I’m incredibly grateful to have found her. I highly recommend!
