Dr Stacy provided an incredible wealth of information on my specific health needs within my initial consultation. Dr. Brannick was extremely personable and knowledgeable. I have never had such an in depth dive into my own health history, or my current issues with any doctor from northwestern. It felt surreal to have all my issues layed out, and have a game plan by the end of the conversation (which was well over an hour long) without being prescribed pills. I very much looking forward to a more natural and problem solving type of care vs problem masking.

They kept me in the initial appointment for almost two hours when I had another place to be, then wanted to charge me for an herbal package. I was 6 months pregnant and wanted to get a prenatal massage. I mentioned that early on in the intake and had to answer all of these strange questions despite my preferred treatment seeming to not align with their expectations that I purchase their holistic medicine. I was then told I would be charged the full amount of the intake session, even though I was using insurance, and managed to leave with only paying my copay. I was referred to another location for the prenatal massage.

Incidentally, that was the worst massage I’ve ever gotten. The person who did it mentioned that they had never given a prenatal massage before, AFTER I had received it, which felt very risky and somewhat violating. I then had to pay $90 out of pocket for a service that was terrible, done by a novice, and that could have been risky if he had engaged in any techniques that could harm the pregnancy.

I decided to never come back to this establishment and lo and behold, I get an email telling me, almost a year and a half AFTER the events described above, that I owe them $7. I promptly told them where they could shove it, as they are full of it and also were charging me for something I did not engage in or receive. I open my account today and see that they charged a card I did not place on file, nor authorized a payment for.

They will be rude, give you the run around, waste your time, expect you to pay for something you don’t want or need, utilize a care team that does not have experience working with your population, risk your pregnancy, charge you for services you didn’t receive and expect you to pay them, and then somehow charge your card without your authorization, essentially stealing from you. Do not engage in receiving services from this clinic.
