Bridgewater was a great company to work with! They came when they said they would and were very straightforward! We got central air out in upstairs and they did not try to talk me into doing the whole house unlike another company! The workers were polite and respectful! A nice family business! I highly recommend!

Excellent, honest company. Everyone that works here has been super friendly and answers every question you have. I have had Bridgeworks do a lot of major HVAC work such as adding ductwork and a new zone to my basement and recently they replaced my furnace and air conditioning. They do excellent work and are the only company I trust to do my HVAC work. Incredibly hardworking family business! Highly recommend Bridgeworks!

We experienced an issue with our oil fired, domestic coil boiler. We had two different contractors come out, tell us that nothing was wrong, and charge us a service fee for doing literally nothing. Troy from Bridgeworks came to the house and was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. He was able to obtain the proper parts within 24 hours and he completed the work in a very clean and competent manner. Troy answered all of my questions and he ensured that the boiler was functioning properly before leaving. Troy was very polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient!

I used Bridgeworks for the first time last week for our annual oil furnace cleaning (previous company never responded to my request to schedule). I'm so glad I decided to give Bridgeworks a call. The woman I spoke with to set up the appointment was so friendly and professional. The technician (Troy) was very personable, easy to talk to, extremely professional & knowledgeable. Troy did a very thorough job; he explained everything to me and answered every one of my questions (I always like to learn as much as I can) and he didn't seem annoyed or bothered. I definitely plan to use them in the future for all our HVAC needs. It was truly a wonderful experience, I just wish that I used them sooner.

We had an issue where our air conditioning was not coming out of the vents. Ben from Bridgeworks was able to efficiently diagnose and resolve the issue (a replacement of the relay in the air handler). Would definitely recommend Bridgeworks for your heating and cooling needs.
