Bright Hime Energy is an outstanding company to work with & they do an excellent job installing solar. Well presented & all options & questions answered! Kept informed every step of the way. Handled some necessary roof repair prior to installation with an excellent sub-contractor. Ahead of schedule on every step. Wonderful people to work with, and property left in excellent condition. Working with Bright Home has been one of the best sales experiences ever. Pablo and Rason initially offered to draw up a proposal for me to consider, and based on my APS numbers, they showed me how profitable this would be as an investment--it completely made sense to do this. There was never any pressure to commit, in fact the opposite was true. The convincing bottom line made me say yes, along with the "ideal array" layout from the engineers. The installation crew was friendly, thorough and professional. This company was willing to do the work, and they did it well.

My experience with Bright Home Energy has been great! Seth did the energy audit at my home, he was very thorough and explained everything. Austin has been awesome at giving me updates and answering my questions along the way getting solar installed on my home. Benjamin and E crew did a great job on the installation of the panels. They walked me through how it all works which was really helpful. Still waiting for the final inspections before it gets connected and will provide update once the system is up and running.

Bright Home Energy were excellent from beginning to end. During the sales process our actual usage information from APS was used to avoid assumptions in our financial proposal. During installation we were in frequent contract with our project manager. The team that installed the solar panel array we very helpful and explained what was involved. Our project manager made sure that we received exactly what was promised and what we expected. It is refreshing to work with an organization that does exactly what they said they would do!!! I highly recommend them.

We had really good experience with the workers of Bright Home . They were very informative about how the solar system works and approximately how long it would be before we could start it up and get it going. Inspection of the solar system, but hopefully be done within a week or 10 days. What are the really good things was there was no trash left for us to pick up really didn’t even know they were here except for The solar system. Great job thanks, Dan

Very pleased with Bright Home Energy! Keaton came to our home explained everything and was very patient with my numerous questions. Did not make us feel pressured at all and addressed all of my concerns. Once we signed contract we dealt with Austin who was also fantastic to deal with it and always clear on communicating next steps. From the time we signed contract to the time we were generating solar power it was 6 weeks! So far so good… now we wait to see the savings!!

The service and attention to detail is great. They were also very good with follow-ups. I am very busy and they took the time and effort to explain the process and to answer my many questions. The installation crews were very courteous and thorough. Please keep up the amazing service. I would like for the company to maintain contact twice a year to know that the company is still around to honor the warranty.
