They called twice and confirmed and appointed then didn't show at scheduled time. Called them and was told it wasn't a confirmed appointment, then was told they could come out tomorrow then was shortly told after that they have no appointments open for two weeks. Was also hung up on several times when trying to confirm any available times and why they didn't show up. Would not suggest reaching out to them, if it's this hard to schedule a consultation how are they at scheduling the install. Try to support a local place but not today.

Now the company is threatening to sue, saying it's the wrong company I speak of. Well funny thing is I called the # on this profile and left a message about the appointment and they called me back with excuses and hung up on me. Again threatening a person is not good business practices. I'm sorry but had they just admitted to a mistake and honestly tried to make it right I would have heard their quote.

6 months of back and forth with the building inspector over a simple permit has amounted to the electrician withdrawing from the project leaving my project hanging after he was contracted to complete the installation from a solar company which had gone out of business. This solar project has been a nightmare from day 1 and has been made much more difficult by the electrician at bright skies. I will be filing a lawsuit to collect damages from this company in addition to contacting the BBB.

Bright Skies didn't install my system but I wish they had! My original installer got bought out and then went bankrupt, all of which I found out from Aric Metz at Bright Sky when he called to kindly offer to take over maintenance of my system. He found out there was a malfunctioning panel and worked hard to get warranty coverage from the manufacturer, and when that didn't work he fixed it himself (for free!) when he was in the neighborhood. He offered great advice about expanding our system after we get an electric car, and when we do he will get our business!

Had quite some delay getting help with my repairs from previous company. Bright Skies call me within an hour to make initial contact and carried that exceptional pace throughout repairs to my system. Aric answered all my questions and showed proof everything was ok before he left. You hope you never have to use a warranty on products you buy, but when you do, companies like Bright Skies really make the process go smoothly.Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

We have been very, very pleased with Bright Skies Solar. They were super helpful when capacity and structural planning, and throughout the process of installing our solar system several years ago. I loved that they helped us understand all aspects of the financing and tax incentives at the time as well, so we didn't have any surprises.

Post installation, the solar system has always performed as expected. The one time that a component failed, the owner called THAT DAY to let us know that he had noticed the failure through remote monitoring and had a replacement part on the way. Super impressive.

As we consider adding storage to our solar and energy management system, we will go back to Bright Skies Solar and start planning with them.

A company in Midvale called Green Energy recommended Aric Metz from Bight Skies Solar to fix my system that runs my solar panels. I couldn’t find the company that originally installed my whole system. Aric was great. He ordered the parts and it was installed very quickly. The price was great and he also cleaned my solar panels for me at no charge. I would tell anyone to go to Bright Skies Solar. Great company and honest. Thanks Aric

Aric is amazing. Not only does he know his stuff but he is extremely helpful, kind and takes his time to make sure you know exactly what needs to be done. He is efficient, does great high-quality work and I couldn’t recommend him more. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. He works with a system I had previously purchased and helped troubleshoot issues and fix them.
