Bought some nice work shoes there a while ago. Customer service was at the highest levels possible. The store was very well organized, clean and well lit. The products are the highest quality, with amazing life expectancy. I can't believe how well my shoes withstood the test of time, even to this day. Nice job, Brown's, keep up the good work!

Went in for boots on a recommendation after spending about 2 hours and a 2 hour drive to Missouri to come up empty handed without any real help . Strolled into browns . Very nice young lady approached asking if she could help . And in less then 15 min I had a pair of boots that fit and socks that add extra cushion which will help with a nerve problem I have in my feet .

Highly recommend this place staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable.

My wife bought some shoes from here. Tye shoes worked out great however the female staff member could have been a little nicer especially towards our children. We will be back again and another review will be left .
