I purchased the active B complex supplement to increase energy, and these supplements did not disappoint. I've tried several brands, and these are the best so far. They also decreased my appetite and cravings a bit , which is an added plus.

I have been a hormone therapy patient at Bruce Total Wellness for 5 months now. I didn't know where to start when I had my consultation with Tashica, however, she listened to my needs/wants and gave me a list of options to choose from based on my level of comfort. I was a bit nervous, but she made me feel acknowledged and heard, which eased my anxiety! She is caring, professional, and diligent about making sure her patients feel great! When I started with hormone therapy, I was quite lethargic and had very little motivation to do anything! Now, I can honestly say, that I feel energized, motivated, and excited about the future.

I reach to Tashica at the end of May regarding my weight. She was amazing sent me to get blood work explained to me every result and then told me what was the best medication for me. Since then I have lost about 16lbs. I had some health issues during this time and she has helped me with everything from making sure I was ok to making sure we use the right medication to helping find a provider for my health issues. One of the best decisions I ever made. I started in July of 2023 weighing 309 lbs. By November, I weighed 276. By January I weighed 262. I stopped taking the shot from Jan to April and picked up 10lbs. So I reached out and got back on. I started taking them every other week instead of once a week and I'm currently staying around 264-269 lbs..didn't reach my goal of 250 but I do look great at this weight. I would def recommend using BTW if exercising ain't getting the results fast enough and surgery is not an option. Even if it is an option and there's a goal weight to lose before that, this will definitely work. Nurse practitioner Bruce gives u one on one training to show you how to inject yourself which also made it super easy..
