Amanda is amazing at what she does. She is so knowledgeable, kind and approachable. I started doing yoga with her for a few months ago now and she's by far the best yoga instructor I've ever had. Ive been struggling with sciatic pain ever since I was pregnant with my soon-to-be 10 year old son. I try to live a moderately active life excersising and stretching about 2 to 3 times a week but nothing really would address my pain. I tried back excersises, lotions, massages but nobody had been able to help me. It primarily would be triggered if I layed down on a hard surface which is a common practice for yoga meditation. I would modify by meditating on my side or sitting but ever since I started doing yoga with her, that issue has been resolved. For about 10 years I have not been able to lay flat on the ground but thanks to Amanda, I do that every time before and after yoga without pain!

Amanda is so passionate about what she does and is so easy to talk to. She used her massage techniques to successfully relieve some pain I was experiencing and provided me with stretching exercises to help further my recovery. She is absolutely wonderful!

She listens, empathizes, and then provides you with a truly customized body work solution which addresses the areas that need help. When it comes to alternate therapy, I’ve tried a chiropractor and an acupuncturist. However, only a talented massage therapist like Amanda, has been able to make a lasting difference.

I have been a yoga student under the direction of Amanda for several sessions now. She is just wonderful and is quite literally bringing me back to life. I’m 6’3 240 and competitively weight lift. I came to Amanda three weeks before a meet hoping to loosen up a bit and increase my mobility. guess what? she did exactly that. my lifts immediately felt more fluid and explosive while I also felt more confident handling heavier weight. my body felt incredible. she did wonders on my chest also, but did say due to my size I should do a 90 minute session next time. I’m totally down, and I will 100% be seeing her again very soon. regardless of your activity level, Amanda will get the job done.
