Needed propane tanks refilled and I was going through it faster because of the recording setting cold snap. I called first and was told I can fill my tanks there. That's how I met the whole crew . The store is set up wonderfully and the Staff is a pleasure to meet.

second time using ace hardware since the new owners took over. I must say the best thing they did is hire Donna ,her expertise in the plumbing department is second to none.and there inventory is excellent. Keep up the good work guys thanks for making hawthorne better in all aspects

Small town hardware store that always seems to have what your looking for. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. Save the drive to the big box stores. Prices are the same or better on most products. Spade shovel only $9.99...

Ever since Brian bought this store, it's went crappy. The prices are higher. The cashier is minimally trained. They can take e-gift cards but haven't been trained, nor want to. I've tried to use my gift card several times on several different occasions, but it's always the same reaction, (I don't know and I'm not asking) .
