I came in and was immediately greeted by Ava. She took charge, asked me what I was looking for, and in an hour and 20 pairs of jeans later, we found the pair. The store is vast and has a lot of options. Without Ava's help, I probably would have been there for an eternity. Ava's customer service skills are immaculate, and she never got discouraged as I turned away pairs of jeans that just didn't hit the mark for me. Thank you Ava. You're awesome!

Most of the time I have a great experience shopping at the Buckle, however, this time it was incredibly awkward. The gal that greeted me about a minute after I entered the store was pushy and very rude. I was exchanging a pair of jeans I had ordered online and was looking for another pair. I wanted to look on my own but she was there every time I turned around telling me what size she thought I should be wearing and making jokes when I told her different. I have bought several pair of jeans from the Buckle and know my size. My husband was getting uncomfortable as well as he could see how relentless she was being. I don't mind helpful associates and have always had a pleasant experience in the past at other locations, but this gal did not let me decide for myself. I finally agreed on a pair of jeans I didn't even want just so she would leave me alone. My husband asked me if I wanted them and I said "no" and laid them on the table near the register and purchased two shirts instead. Horrible experience. Will not be shopping at this particular store with associates that behave in this manner. Commission or not, allowing customers to look for clothing on their own unless specifically asking for help when they need it, is polite.

I went in to the Columbia MO mall location with my boyfriend and he was looking for jeans and some new dude shoes. Hallie was fairly new to working there and she did a fantastic job helping us. We didn’t feel pressured to buy more than what we were looking for and she went above and beyond to find the particular type of jeans he was looking for.

Lady who served me was amazing - arrived a weary, hot and bothered traveller seeking xxxl clothing to battle the intense heat outside. Really took the time to find options for me, arriving at 2 shirts that were perfect for sun. Really impressive customer service. Will be back when I’m next in town

I always have a hard time finding jeans that fit the way I like, and recently I bought 4 pairs from Buckle (Thank you Christmas gift cards!) and at the store they seemed to fit fine so I bought them and took them home. Once getting home and trying them on again with some shirts I bought, they were already starting to fit looser and I knew that it would only get worse, so I went back the next week to exchange them for smaller sizes. The people working on Tuesday, February 27th around 5pm were so helpful! They gave me lots of options and helped me find jeans that fit perfectly and didn't push really expensive brands at me.

Jess was amazing made me feel welcomed and helped me with pants and shorts did a really good job everyone else that works there seems to be only there for a paycheck but Jess was there for the customer! Thank you so much I haven’t wore pants in years cause I never could find the right ones!
