These guys are the real deal folks. A few years back our newly purchased house had a mice problem. We were given quotes for sealing and doing some insulation that were so expensive. We did the sealing and held off on insulation until this winter when our heat distribution was terrible.

Enter Ken and Tyler from building energy experts. I could tell from the moment they showed up how thorough they were. Ken explained things SO well and pointed out several weak points that were contributing to our issues.

Anthony the owner followed up with a quote that was not only reasonable, they had gone through the trouble of taking off rebates that they knew would be covered by our gas company. This was certainly never mentioned by their other companies much less actually applied in a quote.

Day of service the guys showed up early and were ready to go. Dave, Tito, Jason and Tyler were incredibly thorough and efficient and it was a bigger job once they got into our weird old house and realized the full scope of the project. Again they explained everything so well and truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! We feel so grateful to have found this company!

My husband and I purchased a 22 year old home last summer. We knew that rooms with high ceilings can be difficult to heat as can rooms over a garage. After zoning our HVAC system to gain more control, we found that we still had large temperature differences between various rooms. The room over the garage was an icebox in zero degree weather. We called in Building Energy Experts.They did a blower door test and showed us where the insulation was in need of improvement. They did spray foam in the basement rim joists, added foam board to all walls that had exposed unheated attic on the other side, and blew in more insulation. The crew was polite, efficient, and cleaned everything up afterwards. Large house was done in one day. I really appreciate getting the photos of the completed attic spaces for future reference. I highly recommend this company!

We also had our attic sealed and insulated this past week by Building Energy Experts and we were extremely pleased and impressed with the quality of work, the professionalism from Dave, Ken, Tito and the rest of the team. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions at the start and throughout the project. All of the work was done within the time that Dave estimated and they were very thorough in cleaning after themselves and at the end of the job. We could tell they had a lot of experience working together because they were super organized. While the boss, Dave, walked us through the process in detail, making sure we understood the job, behind him the crew set up quickly and efficiently, treating our home with respect. They were finished right on time, too, and left our house looking as if they had never been there.
