Truckers: bit of mess here if you are delivering coffee beans load in a sealed trailer. Receiving might not take it and you have to go to C8 building docks to deliver it. Receiving is actually on right after passing security gate. Staff is good. Shipping is straight from the gate on left. You will see the signs. Security guard let me park inside at night for morning delivery. Staff is helpful but no clear instructions for product specific deliveries.

This company is a scam. I pre paid to have my slushy machine fixed. The technician was supposed to come out June 13th he never showed up until the 14th. On the work order it clearly stated the machine was making a strange noise & was not freezing. He explained to us he had no experience in slushy machines and he only really works on coffee machines & he didn't bring anycoolant. So why did they even send him. Then he lied on the work order and stated he was there for 2 hours & 10 minutes. The scamming company had thr nerve to charge my credit card $348. Buyer Beware STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The attorney generals office needs to investigate them.

Our experience with Bunn has been abysmal. We have reached out multiple times to get our product fixed and following productive conversations with the call center, we have had a lack of follow-up with work orders from these individuals. Our machine has now been broken for over 2 months, the people who did come to "fix it" did nothing and then proceeded to charge us over $200 for doing nothing. When we asked about a refund we were basically told nothing could be done so we were charged for a service that did amount to anything. BUNN is a scam, the service is garbage, and the repair servicers also do nothing. If we could dump this machine in a landfill we would, but unfortunately we have to attempt to get it fixed even though the rates are outrageous. Avoid buying any BUNN machine, ESPECIALLY, for commercial usage.

Bad products. Built cheap and don't work well. Any bunn coffee machine is too stressful to try and use. I think the company started designing junk when selling to Walmart. But Walmart does that to companies.

Horrible working environment. Overworking the staff, no air conditioning, poor management in terms of actually motivating and appreciating their employees. I worked there for 2 months and in that time I saw COUNTLESS employees walk off the job or just stop showing up. It got to the point where if someone wasn’t there for a day or 2 we assumed they’d quit. In my time there (again, 2 months) I trained 4 different people, and still only one of them was there by the time I left. By the end of my first week I was working completely alone, and by my second I was training someone new. We never received proper training and were expected to be entirely too fast without making any mistakes, despite working 56 hour weeks. It was a mess and by far the worst working experience I’ve had.

They started a program to have people become field service tech's. They said all these great things that would happen. I worked full days only paid for 4 hours, make a sacrifice for the company they said. Well I did then they come back and fire me right before the program ended. They do nothing but lie!!
