I had a complaint with the buds auto tires. My analyst came down at the time my car started and i was supposed to take it down to the shop the next day for the shop to look at it. the car wouldn't start. My analyst was on vacation and the shop needed guidance of what they can do next. I called the BAR to see if i can talk to someone to handle the issue with the shop whilre my analyst was on vacation. not only do they say you can't speak to a supervisor i requested a supervisor call back that i still never got

Filed a complaint for price gouging. They said it's perfectly legal to give a price over the phone. Get the car in on a tow truck and up the price to whatever they choose. For the exact same repair as discussed over the phone. Nothing extra,$1,600-$1,800 turned to $2,600. These guys are totally biased towards the shops. Good luck.

Was fortunate enough to have Hector Barraza as the detective on my case. He was very empathetic, had great communication and answered any and all questions. Even though I didn’t get the result I wanted with the auto dispute he made the process a million times less stressful. Give him a raise!

I contacted my local office and I was directed to file a complaint online. I did and I have a file number. I then contacted the regional office to speak to someone to make sure the complaint was in the system and to ask what the next procedure was. U have been having problems with the correct information getting logged in in my Chrome filings. The representative said someone will contact me.

Office building is just for employees they do not give any info. Lady in front was not having a good day with her texting and just was not helpful. She called my agent and he made excuse not to see me.
Honestly is a useless organization I have had several issues and non have been resolved. I still ended screwed by shops and they don't do anything.

Didn't really help me at all just told me go online and file a report no information giving nothing if I'm nothing just another lazy government agency where the people don't care if they help people are not. And as a side note the lady on the phone was rude and mean

No help at all. They told me I did not have a Contract after getting 3 receipts describing work been done and cash already paid to Mechanic. I felt as if they were in cahoots !. I call BAR. I eas plantiff . sorry Mechanic tried to use the worthless B.A.R on Iowa street on riverside, ca. In court. Judge said NO!. Just go to court. Do not contact BAR riverside. They are not on your side. #iwonanywayidiots
