They have not had ice for about a month. They don’t even tell you they don’t have ice. Room temperature drinks. It’s the only thing around. They don’t even turn on the lights in the dining room. Someone struck a street light in the middle of the parking lot. It could fall at any time. I have no idea how code enforcement or the city allows it to do business. Only one door is unlocked and the dining room is dark, there is no ice. A missing person sign is on the door that mentions a reward is possible.

Mozzarella Fries were a complete waste of money. They burned them and there is no cheese in them.

And this location just needs help. Have to repeat your order multiple times in the drive through and wait times are always long.

Me and my family went for breakfast at this Burger King and the cashier was arguing for about 20 minutes because she didn’t give us our correct order. the other cashier was outside smoking a blunt the only person that was nice was the person making the food. The order was constantly being done wrong. The biscuits were very hard. This is very unexceptionable. The bathroom very disgusting. This place need to be shut down.

I was going through the drive through at the store in Havana outside Tallahassee. A man was yelling on the phone at someone. Nobody was answering the order speaker.
So the man, whom I found out was the General Manager, goes inside the store.
Out comes a woman (aka, the Manager) gets in her car and leaves . By now there is three of us in line ,been waiting about 9 minutes to place an order. Luckily she comes back after another +/- 7 minutes.
Finally a lady answers the order speaker 🔊 . Needless to say there are more very angry people behind me.
When I finally got to pick up my lunch , I let them know that it's a disgrace that the General Manager and the Manager leaves the store during a busy lunch time, and the order lady is running 🏃 crazy up and down to do her job and help the only cook there.
And then the food wasn't good either.
Very unpleasant lunch. I'll be back though, hopefully I'll have a more pleasant experience.

My MAIN COMPLAINT at this location is the INSANE AMOUNT OF MAYONNAISE smothered on their whoppers or any sandwich with mayo. No lie, no exaggeration... they must put a quarter cup of mayonnaise on these sandwiches. It's absolutely disgusting. I forgot why I stopped going here until my recent visit and was quickly reminded how awful it is!!Quick and friendly service is a hit or a miss. I've had very polite employees here and some that treat me as an inconvenience for even thinking of stopping here to order food.

Ridiculous place, surprised it is is still open. You can never go inside . All orders are done thru drive thru. Slow and inefficient, can someone fix these issues ? I would order more if I could go inside.

Slow location, waited for good I preordered on app, received Delicious HOT fries and a COLD burger? I just don't understand, make it make sense. Waiting all that time to get it half right and serving COLD burger?

We ordered an online order, they don’t close until midnight. We got there around 10:30 and the workers and manager locked themselves inside and refused to answer any customers. They did not refund me my money. And they laughed at the cops face we had called on them. They need to be shut down
