I have restarted my fitness journey at the age of 64. I used to be in great shape up until my 40’s. I started Burn Boot Camp with one of their specials - and I was hooked! It was hard the first two weeks, but they modify any exercise that is too difficult for you. Pumping music and quick interval stations are what you’ll observe upon a visit. The classes are 45 minutes of energizing routines (that are never the same). Everyone high-fives and supports one another. The trainers constantly talk and pep you up (if it wasn't for Jordan, I don't think I would be as motivated to keep moving and push hard. She inspires me).

Traveling through for the day and decided to visit this location. Shelly was great and added great challenges and energy throughout the workout! The staff and the members of the class were extremely friendly and welcoming!

Jordan was so welcoming and positive. I really enjoyed my first Bootcamp, even though it was a super tough work out. I’m already looking forward to going back. Go. Just do it. I was scared too, but it’s awesome once you get there.

Jordan is hands down the best trainer at Burn Bootcamp Lynchburg! She makes working out fun and values the members and our experiences. Burn wouldn’t be the same without her. 10/10 recommend!

Burn is the best! I been a member for a couple months now and I actually look forward to working out! I’m stronger physically AND mentally. The trainers and team are 10/10 and the community is great! Added plus are that my kids love going to childcare too!

Everyone was very nice and super encouraging! A trainer (Shelly) was there working out and she stopped to encourage me and so did the woman (I can't remember her name 😕) at the front desk. They were great but Sarah was FANTASTIC! She helped me make it through my first class by making sure I had a partner, adjusting exercises to my level, and being super supportive and cheering me on. I felt like I walked into a room of friends instead of a room of strangers. Thank you to everyone there today! 💕

I love Burn so much! The trainers are wonderful! I just recently had leg day with Weldon as my trainer, and I love that he knows my name, encourages each person throughout the workout, and loves to challenge us and motivate us by cheering us on! He’s the best!!
