The team at Bush Services was able to come out to my property to repair a broken pipe that occurred during the freezing temperature. They received my voicemail, call back, and got out here in the same day, although the road situation was sketchy. They did a great job and answered any questions I had. Great customer service!!

Left this review and they took it down. Watch the sheet you sign, that $22 per foot can be $1,800 bucks. Happened to me. And they left a mess after taking out stumps. Had to go and cut prodtruding roots and level the pits they left.

Make sure you have the total bill in writing before they even start. Charged us $1300 more oops on their part. Bad business 😞

After trying to work with a local Well company in Defuniak Springs and getting the runaround for 3 months, we were surprised and grateful for the service we received from Bush Services. They had great communication, and they were patient with our scheduling, but yet accommodating to get our well installed. The crew that came out was very friendly, took the time to go through all of our questions, and left our lot the way they found it. Great prices and most importantly service. I highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service and great prices too! We'll never use anyone else as long as they're in business. They came out and repaired our well yesterday. They completely replaced all the pipe below and above ground for us, plus he cleaned up a poor electrical job by some one previously! A+++

Edit: Even more importantly than the well digging, I had some settling/sinking issues immediately after well install that were resolved quickly and at no additional cost to me. GREAT after sales service and you've got a customer for life.

We recently had a problem after 6 months of Bush drilling our well. My husband talked to the owner Mr. Bush about our problems and Mr. Bush was understanding and extremely helpful in making the repairs to get us going again. Mr. Bush was very positive, very easy to work with, and did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it. I would strongly recommend to anybody to call them for any well needs because they do back up their work and are very fair to deal with. (Great Company!)
