We recently moved my elderly mom across the Florida panhandle to live with us after she had a massive stroke. The day she came to Havana I called this pharmacy crying, frustrated, and falling apart. The gentleman was very kind and asked which pharmacy he could request her prescriptions from, so they could get her all set up. Y'all, this man called that pharmacy, requested her meds, had them filled, AND ready for pick up in LESS THAN AN HOUR. Pick up was easy peasy, they have a very interactive and proficient drive-thru. When I picked up her meds that day, the staff was so nice to me I thought I had done something wrong. I asked the gentleman if they were always this nice, to which he replied " Yes ma'am, everyday ".

If you have any issues with this pharmacy, it might just be you.

Always great customer service. If they don’t have enough of your med, they give you what’s in stock and order the remaining. They are fast and efficient. This is the only pharmacy we use. Drive through windows, delivery service and super clean store. If I can’t make it to them before they close, they always find a way to accommodate me and I get my order, even after hours.

Very nice "Mom & Pop" feel pharmacy. Never much of a wait, friendly employees, neat little *Everything's A Dollar* section. Cute inside with decent variety of items stocked on shelves. You'll find things you didn't even know you needed! And what impresses me probably most is the fact that they deliver! At no extra cost! I've been in Havana over three years now and really love this pharmacy. It's a lovely change of pace compared to the generic/chain/impersonal places I was used to while living in Tallahassee and New York most of my life. Definitely try then! 😊
