Stopped in for some waterproof boots about 20 before closing. Felt guilty shopping so close to closing time but we knew we’d be in and out in less than 10 minutes.
We were helped by Craig/Greg D, who was the nicest man alive. He helped us find the boot size we were looking for and was so kind and wonderful

I was looking for shorts and found a couple of pair that fit me perfectly. Rita was very helpful and knowledgeable and assisted me in my search.

Cabela’s never disappoints. They had everything I went up there to purchase. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and well put together. Its more of an experience than just a store. I will definitely be back!!!

I honestly don't buy much here except for fudge maybe, as I'm not into hunting or fishing. My kids just love coming here for the fake animals and aquarium. For that it's a great day out with the kids especially if you just wanna wear them out

I travel a lot and spend a lot at Cabela’s. This place was the worst I have been too. Horrible customer service! Had every intention of purchasing a new black powder or a .300. Nobody there knew anything about what they had and were extremely rude and very lazy. Went to payout for the $1000 worth of hunting clothes I still bought and the lady’s at checkout acted like I ruined their day for interrupting their gossip session. Won’t be back…

Stopped by last night to look at and purchase a handgun. Upon entering and exiting the store I was greeted and thanked for coming in, the 20 minutes in between was ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING!!! Me and a friend looked at guns, we were communicating with each other, referencing Bass Pro Shop website, all the time 3 associates in the are never acknowledged us. No hello, no may I help you, no will be with shortly, absolutely nothing. This experience was extremely disappointing for me because I was there to purchase my first handgun, though the staff on duty in the hunting department failed - I appreciate the female who smiled greeted us and the young man who thanked us for coming in.
Sitting here thinking about as I type we encountered a couple of employees on the way out, inquiring of one where was the exit and not one of them asked if we found what we were looking for or anything along this thought.
Disappointed but not discouraged, I will make my purchase, however, it will not be at Bass Pro Shop in Sunset Hills.

I went for a specific item, and the workers helped find it. The store was clean and well organized. However the lights were very dim/dark as a whole.
