I recently had service on my AC unit that Cahill had installed. After they said everything was working and we started to use the AC unit we noticed no water coming from the drain outside. I went up in the attic to check and found an inch if water under the unit and on top of the drywall and around the ac unit about 4 feet in diameter. The drain pvc was broken away from the unit and the water was draining on to the ceiling. This was after the technician said it was all good. The damage was extensive and in need of repairs. Brandon the owner said no way our worker did this damage. They are the only company that has serviced our unit for many years and the only people that have been up in the attic. Very disappointed with the way this was handled. We will never use them again. Trust is not what they offer. Check their work when they say everything is working and ready. Anyone know if we have any recourse?
I'm not going to use my real name. You know who I am just ask Brandon. We have delta with cahill for 30 plus years. You installed the ac unit in my attic that cost me $10.000. I have text with pictures ask Brandon, just ask him to show you. Telling me that Jason didn't do this was wrong. Cahill is not trust worthy.

Cahill did an amazing job on helping me get a new furnace, AC, and April air system. Good pricing, customer service and knowledgeable technician. The owners were flexible with me making a payment plan to get everything done when my furnace broke a couple months before I planned to replace it. I would highly recommend Cahill to anyone.

Great working with Cahill. Furnace went down during the weekend. Cahill arrived within 1 hr and diagnosed the issue. Price quoted was the final price - always nice. They provided heaters until the new furnace was installed. Everyone was so nice and updated us along the way. The text message system to tell you who and when they will arrive is great. Shout out to Phoenix for his professionalism as a tech.

I recently had my 23-year-old furnace and air conditioner replaced by Cahill, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Chris McNelly was my main contact—he was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. From the initial quote on January 30th at 11:00 AM to the installation on January 31st, 2025, at 7:45a everything went smoothly. The price was very competitive for a high-quality Trane furnace.
The installation team, led by Hayko, was outstanding. With decades of experience, Hayko and the three other installers worked efficiently, completing both the furnace and outside condenser installation in just eight hours. Despite record-breaking cold and wet weather, the team remained professional, polite, and focused on delivering excellent service. Before leaving, Hayko took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the installation—providing instructions, installing a new ejector pump, adding a gas valve for a more convenient shutoff, and plumbing (Trane S9V2D120U5VSA 97% high efficiency furnace 👍👍👍) everything perfectly!
Finding a local trusted furnace supplier in January can be an overwhelming and stressful task, especially with many suppliers to choose from. Cahill made the process seamless. Their combination of quality Trane products, professional installation, and exceptional responsiveness exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Cahill!

Our furnace quit on us unexpectedly (it never happens when you expect it) on one day and Cahill was in the next day to take a look at it. I can't remember who came out to take a look at our furnace first, but everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. It turned out that we needed a new furnace and Hayko came out to replace it. Cahill DEFINITELY has our future business. Love that they're local too!

We recently had our 30 year old furnace replaced by Cahill. This was not an emergency. Everything went perfect with the installation and the new furnace has been excellent, especially with the extreme cold we have had lately.

Called Cahill out to help with a room above our garage that was too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. They recommended a split system for the room and had a quote to is within a couple days and the work completed within a week. The professionalism and craftsmanship displayed by the installers was second to none. We have had our home for five years and have had a number of contractors do work for us, and they were head and shoulders above everybody. The price was very fair and we could not be happier with the job that was done. I recommend Cahill highly.

I’m very impressed with the service I received today from Cahill. I had a plumbing emergency, and after calling, a technician was out very quickly and made the repair. He was very respectful and courteous. This is my second time using Cahill and will definitely be recommending them to anyone needing HVAC and plumbing.
