I had an amazing experience with Cal Inc. I called seeking advice on mold remediation and Brandee took the time to speak with me regarding my issue for a whole hour after closing. She was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my concern and walked me through a very elaborate/detailed step by step on what mold remediation entailed. I highly recommend Cal Inc for all your environmental needs. They're for their customers!

These people are VULTURES! Taking advantage of Altadena residents' burnt out property to advertise themselves! It's illegal to post unsolicited signs on yards without getting permission. And now this - cabled tied to mailboxes and can't be removed?!?!

I honestly want to give them 5 stars, but we did run into some issues. First off, William is a great man with integrity and this is hard to find these days, especially with contractors. I trusted William and felt that he was genuine and honest in the work that he and his team did. My big issue, was that it took three different tries to rid the mold from my home, which kept us living out of a hotel for much longer than we should have been. Also, the crew threw away all of our kitchen items and small appliances when they were remediating the kitchen. William was not present, and I also heard that the team leader that oversaw this no longer works at the company. William was humble and reimbursed us for our missing items, and he even covered the costs of the multiple air testings. So, even though there were a couple mistakes made, William and team went above and beyond to make things right. The cost compared to other companies was much more affordable as well. Bottom line, if we ever needed this sort of service again, I wouldn't hesitate to call WIlliam and Cal Inc. to do the job.

Stopped by for a meeting with the owner and the rest of the team, unfortunately I was met with a very unorganized team. Within five minutes of talking, it was very clear that they didn't know much about the industry within the OSHA training programs. I'm worried that they're not in Compliance with the OSHA's Safety Standards.
