When Nate Blanton explained what California Renewable Eneegy could do for I was skeptical. I don't have a high credit score ...kiss of death. A couple of calls and I was set for a new HVAC system. Reasonable payments and interest rate. I spoke with Nate Tuesday afternoon he said this would be expedited. Wednesday evening Jeremy showed up to take measurements. A crew arrived Thursday morning .
Thursday afternoon the jos is done.
Our summer will be wonderful and cool.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They installed solar on our roof 2 years ago with promises of doing away with our PG&E bill. After comparing with other companies, we decided to go with California Renewable Energy, which is something we have regretted ever since. They replaced our HVAC system for much more than we would have paid elsewhere and did not include the upgrades promised like the larger ducting and a bigger unit. The last 2 years we have had to have a technician come out for repairs on this brand new unit. We were told we would have batteries for the panels, which did not happen. Worst of all, our true up is RIDICULOUS and we were promised a $0 true up. After 2 years of almost $3000 total true up fees, they finally admitted that it was engineered wrong and they want to add more panels. They want us to pay even more for that and trust them, despite their original promises and negligence. This investment (over $70k) was not worth it and they do not stand by their work. I would avoid this company all together.

My appointment on 9/4/24 was with Tyler. He arrived on time and our discussion was pertinent to my interest in he looking at my home and answering questions regarding the windows and roof..
We arrived at the conclusion that the roof was in good condition for being 27 years old and I have had good experience with my electrical and gas uses for cooling and warming. Tyer noted a minor repair needed to be done on the edge of the roof where a limb had come down and a piece of flashing had been scraped off. I plan on having that repaired.
My Home Has no leaks from the windows. The windows are secure and appear to be in good shape.
We concluded that the roof was sufficient possibly in good enough condition for another 2 to 4 years And that I should continue to take the steps that I have to ensure that it has ongoing integrity..

Nate Blanton gave great customer service. He explained very carefully what he was going to do and what were my options and he answered my many questions. I felt very comfortable going forward with this process. Chris the head installer was excellent. He and his colleague rook diligently and got the job done in a day. Both were polite and professional and explained the different steps they were doing.

This has been an excellent experience and I highly recommend their programs.
