I’m assuming Cards was bought by a private equity group. That would explain the mismanagement, poor customer service and sporadic service.
- never pickup at the same time
- posted holiday schedule is never correct
- your phone calls go to a call center with no resolution and their response is always they are out on their route
- payments every 90 days

If I could give a half a star I would . They try to low ball you on the prices , Always very rude , Plus, I always see New people working there . So you know they can Not get something right , Last time I was there the guy was screaming trying to ban someone lol like really !!! Place is also a dump.. Do yourself a favor and take your time to drive down the street to a better scrap place ...

Terrible service. Over 130 tons provided in cardboard, plastic, and steel. We only got payment on some of the plastic. No reimbursement on the cardboard, steel, or remaining plastic and no invoice from the company. When I try to contact them about it, they ignore my emails. I won't do business with them ever again and neither should you.

Great company helped me with a Job I was doing came to my site

Good friendly honest hard working people Quick to help unload weigh up and get you out the door with check in hand They are also good on answering any questions you might have on different sorts of materials and will help seperate them to insure you get the right price for your scrap Keep up the good work fellas
