Last fall, I had an issue with a leaking underground oil tank on an investment property that I was selling. The buyers had a very short time left to close in order to keep their low mortgage rate. This was during the time when the mortgage rates started increasing astronomically. I contacted CERS, as my sister had just used them to remove the leaking oil tank in her backyard, and they promptly responded to me and changed their schedule in order to accommodate me so that I did not lose the sale of this property.
