Amazing cashier! Her name was Victoria. Me and my grandma came in and noticed it was short staffed, but the cashier Victoria was so pleasant. She took our order and was bagging and taking drive-thru orders all so efficiently with a positive attitude! We came I around 11:22 am, and I just hope all the employees working get the right praise for their work because it was only 4 people entirely, including the person on line making food. Our food came out hot and fresh, and I love how even after a large line came in, all 4 of them handled it so well! I'm never a fan of Carl's. JR. But this location was outstanding!

Staff was nice. Order was correct. A burger and fries cost more than I expected to pay for fast food. Taste was basic fast food — better than having to make a meal after a days driving.

So disappointed with the food. I've had excellent meals from the chain but the jalapeno burger I received was Cold. The toppings were bunched up, not spread evenly. I was rather sad about this.

I ordered using the Carls Jr app and accidentally had the wrong location selected. The cashier, Terri, was friendly upon arrival and eager to assist. She called upon her manager, Perla, to help further. Both ladies were so kind and ultimately helped get more order changed to the correct pick up location and prepared the food exactly as ordered. Just passing through on our way to California but will be sure to swing in again soon. Thank you ladies!

2nd time I have been here. Both times Tammy was a Superstar. This time, the machine to make shakes was down but she did it by hand. So I still got my beloved Oreo shake. Thanks Tammy!

Lots of different hard ice cream. Very expensive though. The small room dining area with assorted stuff is like it was put together from a flea market. The only other places for prepared ice cream in Quartzite is the soft serve at McDonalds and at Burger King.

Great service and very clean and well maintained location out in Goodyear on Yuma & Cotton ln. Fresh hot food served up as you order and tasted fresh and hot. Definitely our go to for a quick bite to eat with charbroiled burgers taste delicious.
