Friendly people to do business with. Repairs look good, although we only picked the car up two days ago. Parts were ordered before we dropped off car. That helps shorten repair time. Bottom line is the car was finished a week ahead of estimated date. The whole process was easy. Communication is good. They update progress frequently. Overall experience was good.

I had an excellent repair experience. Communication was perfect. Every step was scheduled well. My car was ready in 10 days after receiving an estimate of 14-21 days and progress updates were texted at every step with estimated completion date updates that were accurate when they alerted me that the work was ahead of schedule. Their work looks excellent. I was very fortunate to have the insurance company recommend them. It is a well run business with a professional and friendly staff.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this repair shop is fantastic! My car, after it was repaired, looked just like it came off the showroom floor at the car dealership! It looked great! The whole experience was wonderful including the customer service! My questions were answered right away and they kept me updated where my car was in the process of the repair. It actually was finished sooner than anticipated and my car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you so much!!

It was a great experience working with CARSTAR. From the moment I walked in, to the pickup of my Infiniti. They were friendly, answered all my questions, and made my car look like it was brand new!
