Pulled in to Green Hills Lane and turned right on to Smith Street. About 150 yards down you will find in front of you the scale. When you pull up on to the scale this is an intercom system for the scale master. As this was first time at this branch I asked for assistance and was given a detailed explanation of what to do and where to go. I proceeded around the building and parked as I had to wait for another truck to be loaded. After he was loaded I backed in for my pick up, which was completed in 25 minutes. The company I work for picks up waste cardboard bales so the loading was quick. I pulled back on to the scale by coming out of the loading dock and completing a full circle of the building. Scale master said to come in to the office via sidewalk clearly marked. I signed for the load and checked weight on bill of lading. All good and in and out in just on an hour. Efficient, informative and friendly service.

Absolutely the worst, this trash company is trash. No pun intended. Customer service trash, employees trash. They do not pick up your garbage as promised, I have had to call and get them to go back to my house over 10x in a year. ( Bill is paid let me remind you) I do not recommend unfortunately.

I live in Proctor and the town has a contract with them. They frequently left out my garbage at the curb. This time I decided to call as it was both garbage and recycle day. The immediate solution suggested was to pull back the garbage and push next week and wait for a month for recycle. When I insisted Amy (the voice of Casella) told me to call the town as they have a policy that they cannot send back the truck. When I wanted to ask to talk to manager. Manager was too busy to come to phone. Unacceptable and discriminative service. If I had an opportunity to dump their service I wouldn't think twice. If you are looking for a service and free to pick your service pick someone small and nimble. Casella is too big to satisfy their customers.

Kudos to the staff managing the weigh station. Give clear instructions, very efficient at paperwork. The loading was quick. One dock for semi-trailers, easy backing in.

Edit. Still have not picked up cardboard on route 7 south of Rutland. Second truck I have seen traveling on route 7 with trash (this time cardboard) blowing out of the truck with no cover over the load. Take forever to answer the phone because they don’t wanna hear about it

Worst service I have ever had. Every month I have to call them because the forget or at this point don't care to pick up the garbage. I would pick any other service, seriously ANYONE else. literally anyone...

Expensive and terrible service. When you call them it takes 15 minutes to get through and then they are condescending flip snide and rude. Switching service as soon as I can get through on the phone.
