Casini Ranch Family Campground - Duncans Mills, California

This is an amazing campground. It is very well cared for, grounds, bathrooms, beach all very clean. They have lots of activities for kids, my grandkids have a blast when they go. It has 2 nice dog parks for my four legged kid. The campsites are mostly large and separated so you can have privacy. We have a trailer that we store at Cassini and when we want to go we just reserve a spot and they move the trailer out. All we have to plug it in, put down the stabilizers and it is good to go. It is great.|There are lots of things to do in the area, the ocean is just 5 miles away and then south a bit and you are at Bodega Bay, a great place to get crab sandwiches and clam chowder. This last trip we drove north on Highway 1, so beautiful. We went up to Gualala which is very cute town, lots of shops, art galleries, and restaurants. |Cassini Ranch is a great place to stay

Beautiful, peaceful location right along the Russian River. Very family oriented & dog family. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Nice balance between nature and having amenities available. Each spot has a picnic table and fire pit. General store had all basic needs and even food to feed the goats and the ducks/geese. Our 13 & 15 year old nephews loved the basketball court, gaga ball pit, and volleyball net! I personally enjoyed having several close by flush toilet options as well as hot showers for an affordable cost. Every seemed to respect the rules. Felt safe. Felt like we had space to just relax & hang with the family while still having friendly neighbors to be able to say hi in passing or meet their dogs. We camped in tents but there are cabins as well as RV/Camper spaces available as well. Also, there were two dog parks for off leash fun. Highly recommend ✨

Campsites are perfectly maintained, staff is attentive and accommodating. The area is beautiful with a lot of things to see and do. Our entire family went including 6 adults, 5 kids and five dogs, everything worked out great. We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to our next visit

First time here. Have always wanted to go. I ended up selling my trailer right before our family trip so was happy I was able to get a cabin. Cabin was perfect for me and my son. ||Resort was very family oriented. Next visit I’ll be bringing the rest of my immediate family. My daughters and granddaughter came out to hang out for the day. ||Variety of options to stay in/at; rv, tent, cabin, cottage, tent, etc||Bathrooms were very clean and had coin operated showers.

Casinos Ranch offered way more than I expected. Many areas offered full high speed internet like the city others were empty of wifi and mobile signal. Most importantly, the ranch was brimming with enjoyable activities. Excellent hiking was available right next door at Islands in the Sky, and the nearby Jenner Headlands Preserve offered even more trails to explore. Cyclists would also appreciate the good cycling opportunities, with the option for fantastic road and trail rides throughout the surrounding area.

Casini: Our Second Home

We’ve been visiting Casini every other month for over a year now, and each time, we fall in love with it even more. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like we’ve found a second home. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and I’m even impressed by the general store. They always have everything we need, and the prices are great. It’s like we stumbled upon a hidden gem when we discovered Casini. We can’t wait to go back and recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a fun and welcoming place to stay.

Most RV sites are spacious and spaced well apart from one another. Staff is friendly and attentive. Lots of activities for the kids. Bathrooms are kept fairly clean. Caution! Lots of kids on e-bikes, some going way too fast and creating hazards. Rules against this apparently weren’t enforced. Definitely will return for another stay.

Absolutely so fun and kid friendly! We stayed for Easter weekend and there was all day events for kiddos that made it extra fun, the employee that ran the events was so fun and seemed to love their job. Will be going back next Easter as well as summer. Highly recommend for family fun.
