Awesome and friendly staff. Instruction and all that wasn’t long at all. They’re super welcoming and want you to have a fun, memorable experience. The staff went out of their way to help us get good views of wild life and let us do our thing. He even let us take pictures on the boat until the other boat came to take us back to the mainland. Super fun and I will be going again this summer!

It was an incredible trip, we got to see dolphins and seals, I can't tell you how excited I was. The trip itself took 2 hours one way, it was not easy if you are not an athlete and do not do it all the time. Several times my husband and I almost fell into the ocean, strong waves and high speed on jetski. When we got to the island we were very tired, we had a snack and sat on the shore to rest, if you still have strength, you can go for a walk on the island. On the way back it was harder but we made it. After that during the week we could hardly walk, the whole body was sore and especially the back and legs, and we had to drink painkillers, so be prepared for that. Despite the many moments, to see the ships up close, the open ocean and its inhabitants, it was worth it, but I think it was enough 40 minutes ride on the ocean. Anyway thanks to the team of instructors, they take pictures during the ride, so you will have great memories

Rented electric bikes with my boyfriend for 4 hours. We rode to the botanical gardens, and on the way back to our Airbnb we realized his tire was already flat. We walked our bikes almost all the way back downtown, called and they came out to replace the bike, but wouldn’t even extend our time because we had spent so much time walking the bikes due to the flat. This is ridiculous, nobody should be paying $75 for a bike that goes flat almost immediately and they won’t even give you an extra hour. The employees literally did not care and offered 0 sympathy, when they knew that specific bike’s back tire tends to go flat. Biking around the area was very fun and convenient though. Definitely bring your own bike if you have one, this place is not worth your money.

I’ve been on many boats under all conditions. Riding with Jason was the most horrible and UNSAFE. He was going way too fast and when I kindly asked him to slow down due to health conditions, he said “if I go slow, we’ll get splashed.” He completely ignored my concerns and continued his show. There were girls on the boat cheering and asking for speed and that’s were Jason’s attention was. The boat was rocking up and down so hard that holding into the poles wasn’t enough. The ocean condition alone didn’t justify it. People in the island said that “he enjoys speed”. Very reckless and inconsiderate. Never again.

The best place for bikes. Not sure why some were giving a one star. We walked up and was given a map of the local area to ride around for 13 miles and see everything. We did this all in an hour for $20 each. The direction were on point and he was so friendly wanting us to have a great time. The bikes are electric and can be set to be a normal bike but for the hills you are going to be thankful of the electronic boost. These are new bikes and can accommodate those 4'10". We were told that the old bikes could only accommodate 5'2". If you want to have a great ride around the area this is the place to go.

Absolutely love this company and their Seadoo's! 2nd foray with my girlfriend and this time we took the overnight package and had an amazing 3 days. Dolphins on the way, Amazing FOOD, beautiful hotel stay, wonderful staff.. what more could you ask for? My girlfriend is from Scandinavia (they're quite fanatical about saving the oceans and wildlife in Sweden) was skeptical at first but warmed up and in fact booked our second trip herself. The island stay and lifestyle is what seals the deal for me and we'll be back for more.
