CDA entire team is responsive and exceptionally professional. They provided next day service from our phone call and provided exceptional follow up. Both the technician that did a screening for me and the owner made themselves available for multiple phone calls describing things to me. I found Brandon of CDA  to be a pleasure to work with and would not hesitate to use again if needed.  Here are a few of the character traits displayed during our interaction for his evaluation of our property concerns around moisture and any possible mold situation.  All testing was negative, giving us peace-of-mind which was priceless.
On-time and follow-up was excellent both during and after the transaction.  Report was timely and easy to understand.
The analysis and inspection was thorough. He took the time to answer all of our questions during his inspection/testing.  No unnecessary testing was done to jack-up or pad the bill.  He let his initial inspection with state-of-the-art and expensive equipment guide his testing protocol.  He took plenty of pictures which were attached to the final report.
Please note that I write very few reviews.  However, I felt Brandon was worthy of one.  He is a consummate professional and knows his stuff.  It would be great if more contractors handled consumers in the same fashion. A true role model.

My wife and I have been partnering with Brandon and CDA Environmental on my $30k mold problem for about a month now and couldn't be more pleased with the service we've received from him. Brandon's thorough testing revealed that we had a serious mold problem throughout our house. He discussed the results with us multiple times to make sure we were clear, wrote up a protocol for the mold remediation firm to follow, and gave us expert, cost-effective recommendations on how to correct the issue going forward. Brandon served as a true partner to my wife and I on this project (not just a contractor) by always being immediately available, willing to repeat himself until my wife and I understood, helping me think through the various options in an unbiased way, as well as help to guide the other contractors who were executing his protocol. I 100% recommend he and his firm to anyone with air quality issues in their home.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Devin is a great guy who is passionate about helping his customers and is extremely knowledgeable. I was on a very short timeline, Devin squeezed my job in and expedited the testing so that my job could stay on track. He followed up with me once he received the results and walked me through all of my options. He spent as much time as I needed on the phone to answer all of my questions. He had my best interest in mind throughout the entire process. I CAN'T RECOMMEND HIM ENOUGH!!!!

CDA Environmental was an incredible resource in helping my family deal with a stressful and frightening mold issue impacting almost half our house. Brandon Queen of CDA was the rare type of expert who could explain the science in plain English. He also genuinely cared about how we were doing and was our quarterback through the remediation process. I learned, unfortunately, that some painting companies think they know what they are doing with mold but have no clue. If you ever come across a mold issue in your house, I cannot recommend Brandon and CDA Environmental highly enough - bring in the real experts as quickly as possible.

Brandon was amazing!!! It's not everyday that you find someone as honest and knowledgeable about their profession as he is. I am faced with a horrible mold problem that has ruined my basement. This is a brand new construction and WAS ready to move in. One of the workers caused a leak and because its very, very hard to get someone to care about your home as much as you do it has taken 1 month to get to this portion of correcting the problem. Not only did Brandon meet me in less than 24 hours at my new home. He sat after his inspection and air quality test to explain everything. Mold is serious for everyone but comes with a different level of danger with my family. My grandson has asthma and has a severe reaction to mold.This amount of mold would easily put him in the hospital. Brandon explained the different things I could do moving forward to keep my grandson safe. None of them are difficult or expensive but all are very effective in quarantining that this will never be a problem again. I just needed someone that knew what they were talking about and care enough to share this knowledge . Brandon went above and beyond in helping me and I couldn't be more grateful !!!

Devin knows his stuff! And because he doesn't do remediation, he's not motivated to try and sell you something that you don't need. He was very personable and took the time to answer questions, follow up, and make recommendations that are in the best interest of his client!
